At Lashere, before placing individual, quality lash extensions to your natural eyelashes, we take into consideration your natural lash health & strength, eye shape, face shape and the over all look you are wanting to achieve.

For volume lashes each fan is handmade. This means every single lash is fully customised to you.

Our lash refills are strictly based on time. We recommend to maintain the fullness of your lash extensions that you come back for a refill 2-3 weeks after previous service.

If you are needing more time or would like your lashes to be fuller, please book accordingly as we do not want to compromise the quality of our work when enough time hasnt been allowed.

All refills need to be applied within 2-3 weeks, otherwise a full set may be required.

Classic lashes are perfect for those who already have lots of natural lashes, but would like to add some length and density to your natural lash line.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET REFILLS?

Due to the natural growth cycle and lashes shedding, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking fresh and full.

CAN I WEAR MASCARA?

We do not recommend you apply mascara to your eyelash extensions. Mascara will cause the lashes to clump together and may contain oils that weaken the adhesive bond on your eyelash extensions.

DO YOU REFILL OTHER SALONS WORK?

We do not refill other salons work. Due to the possibility of other salons work not being up to our standards, or not stocking the same lengths & curls, you will require a removal and full set.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY LASH APPOINTMENT?

Please arrive makeup and moisturiser free.

Avoid drinking caffeine before your appointment, as this may case your eyes to twitch during application.

Please remove contacts before your treatment!

WHAT AFTERCARE DO I NEED TO FOLLOW?

Lash aftercare is so important to improve your retention and overall lash health!

To ensure your lashes last, do not get them wet for the first 24 hours after your treatment!

We recommend washing your lashes with our foaming lash cleanser 2-3 times a week to remove all dirt and oil build-up in your lash line.

Brush your lashes daily with a spoolie to maintain their shape and fluffiness!
