TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nestled in the heart of Essendon, we at LASHERE pride ourselves in having a fantastic team that offers incredible treatments and unbeatable customer service at rates we can stand behind. 
In order to ensure we are able to provide you with our best service, we kindly ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, guest free. Unfortunately we cannot have children at the site for safety reasons, so please plan ahead! 

Lashere requires a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your service cost on the day of your treatment.
We understand that sometimes things happen, and you might need to reschedule your appointment, however, we ask that you give us 48 Hours notice.
If you do need to cancel within a 48 hour time frame of your appointment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited OR 50% of your service cost will be deducted from your saved card.
Giving us more than 48 Hours Notice means your deposit will be transferred to a credit to go towards your next appointment with us!
Please be aware that being late to your appointment means we cannot complete your service to the best of our ability.
